Good amount of clean headroom on  with a single coil guitar, using position 1 on the schizoid dial. The cleans are full . Turning the amp past 12 o'clock, it gets nice and gritty with a little saturation. (Not thin or tinny)  punchy and very aggresive . When pushed, the drive gets thick and rich, but is still very manageable and cleans up very nicely with the guitar's volume knob. It's incredibly dynamic as well. When using a light pick attack, the amp's response is on the cleaner side, but when you dig in, the amp replies with more bark. This is SO cool, because you don't have to dance around quite as much on your pedals when trying to find clean or dirty sounds. I could see this being a total blast in pretty much any setting. This Bogner Mojado head is perfect for Studio, live performance, home, rehearsal.
